1. Shipping within Orlando
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping only within a 10-mile radius of our Orlando location. Orders outside of this area will be subject to additional shipping fees.
2. Delivery to Freight Forwarders
Delivery to Freight Forwarders: We can arrange delivery to a freight forwarder within the Orlando area based on the customer's requirements. Customers are responsible for any subsequent shipping arrangements and costs.
3. Merchandise Insurance
Insurance and Responsibility: Our Incoterm is EXW (Ex-Works), meaning that once the merchandise leaves our Orlando warehouse, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product. This includes any costs and risks associated with transportation, including but not limited to shipping, insurance, and import/export duties. We are not responsible for damages, loss, or any incidents occurring after the merchandise departs from our warehouse.
4. International Shipping
Shipping to LATAM, the Caribbean, US, and Worldwide: Shipping costs apply for deliveries to LATAM, the Caribbean, the United States, and other international destinations. Multiple shipping options are available, including:
Pick-up: Customers can pick up their orders directly from our Orlando warehouse.
Freight Forwarder Delivery: We offer delivery to any freight forwarder of your choice.
Door-to-Door Shipping: Shipments via courier services.
Exportation Services: We can assist with exportation and other required shipping options.
5. Order Confirmation and Accuracy
Order Verification: We double-check all orders before leaving our warehouse to ensure accuracy. Once the order is verified, we will confirm the details with the customer to prevent any issues during shipment.
6. Payment Terms
100% Payment Requirement: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of order submission. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
7. Shipment Payment
Pre-shipment Payment: Payment for shipping must be made in full before any items are dispatched. This includes shipping to freight forwarders and courier services.
